Sharing and share links
Read-only links to a board or a document, and turning them off.
Your workspace is private. Nobody sees anything unless you make a share link.
What you can share
You can share a whole board or a document. Press Share (on a board it can be just the share icon), then Create a read-only link.
What people can do with a link
Share links are read-only. People can look, but they can't edit or comment.
Turning a link off
A link keeps working until you turn it off. You can do that any time with Turn off this link. Once you do, it stops working straight away. Anyone who opens it after that won't see your work.
Want a fresh link? Turn off the old one, then make a new one. The old link stops working, so only people with the new one can see it.
Your pictures stay private
Pictures on a shared board are shown through Memospace's own address, not a direct link to where the file is stored. So the file's location and your account ID are never shown to the people you share with.
Good to know
- Nothing in your workspace is public until you make a link.
- Your AI can't share anything for you. Making a link is always your call.
- Share a board or document only with people you trust to see it, since anyone with the link can view it.
