Plans, billing and cancelling

Memospace has three plans: Free, Pro and Pro Plus. You can see current prices in Settings, under Billing & credits.

What each plan includes

• Free: 10 boards, 50 tasks, 1 GB of storage and 100 AI credits a month. You don't need a card.
• Pro: unlimited boards and tasks, 20 GB of storage and 1,000 AI credits a month.
• Pro Plus: unlimited boards and tasks, 100 GB of storage and 4,000 AI credits a month.

On Free, boards inside boards count toward your 10. Archived boards and archived tasks don't count.

Pro and Pro Plus start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel through Manage billing before it ends and you won't be charged.

How AI credits work

Credits pay for the built-in assistant. Different actions use different amounts, because they cost us different amounts:

• An assistant reply: 5 credits
• A daily recap or a board summary: 4
• A task chat: 3
• Grouping a board, generating a note, or a support answer: 2
• Suggesting related items, or a grammar fix: 1

Unused credits carry over. Each month your plan tops up your balance, up to a total of two months' worth of your plan's credits.

Running low? You can buy extra credits any time in Settings, under Billing & credits.

If you add your own AI key in Settings, that work runs on your account and doesn't use credits, except for turning speech into text.

Paying, upgrading and cancelling

Payments go through Stripe. When you subscribe, upgrade or cancel, you'll do it on Stripe's own checkout and billing pages. To subscribe or upgrade, choose a plan in Settings, under Billing & credits. To change or cancel, press Manage billing there.

If you close your account

Closing your account cancels your subscription first, before anything is removed. See Exporting your data and deleting your account for the details.
